Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Tradelia does not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data collected is used solely to operate the service and, with your consent, to improve the user experience.
Data Controller
The data controller is Tradelia (hereinafter "Tradelia", "we" or "the Controller"). For any request regarding data processing, you can contact us via the form on the Contact page.
Data collected and purposes
We collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited, session duration) through Vercel Analytics to understand how the service is used and improve its performance. We also collect data you voluntarily submit via the contact form (name, email address, message) solely to respond to your request. We do not collect financial, banking or personal trading data: the simulator processes parameters locally in your browser.
Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)
Processing of technical browsing data is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure security and optimise the service. Processing of contact form data is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Processing for marketing purposes (tracking pixels) occurs only with your explicit consent via the cookie panel.
Third-party services
The site uses the following third-party services: Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc., USA) for anonymous usage statistics — Privacy Policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy; Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA) for typographic font loading — fonts are requested from Google servers on page load; Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA) for data infrastructure management — Privacy Policy: supabase.com/privacy. For each service, an adequate level of protection is ensured through the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission.
Data retention
Technical browsing data is stored in aggregate, anonymised form for a maximum of 24 months. Contact form data is stored for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and in any case no longer than 12 months. Data collected via marketing pixels (subject to consent) is subject to the retention policies of the respective platforms.
Data subject rights
Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectify it (Art. 16), erase it (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), receive it in portable format (Art. 20), object to processing (Art. 21). You can exercise these rights by contacting us via the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of the third-party services listed (Vercel, Google, Supabase) transfer data to third countries, in particular the United States of America. Such transfers comply with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, through the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission under Art. 46 GDPR.
Changes to this policy
The Controller reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, in particular following regulatory changes or the introduction of new services. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
